So disappointed that the pool was not working. This is the 2nd time this has happened and not aware of it until we checked it. That was one of the main things we wanted to do was swim but did not get a chance.
Rented a large room for a get together for a large group of people.The servers did a Great job nice clean everything was set up very nice.
Rude service desk clerk in the mornings, he wasn't a people person! No extra blankets available, no extra towels , didn't keep up on clean pool towels, heater not working in pool, Stoney Creek has diffently went downhill! And I live here! I don not recommended staying here!Go to Drury Inn or another hotel in northend of town!!!
