Upon checking into the hotel on September 6th 2026 in Saint Joseph Missouri, we were assigned Room 150. As soon as we entered the room, we discovered that the air conditioner was not working and because of it being so hot and humid in the room, the smell of dog was overwhelming. We immediately went to the front desk and talked with the receptionist named Jessica. She was so kind and efficient and quickly assigned us to another room.
