Wouldn't return if they were giving it away. Worst experience ever for my birthday. Food was awful aside from the salad. The prime rib sandwich was literally burnt steakums. Just terrible. This place caters to old people who have lost their sense of taste and smell. Served us cream of tomato when we ordered lobster bisque. No.lobster, not even a trace of sherry.
Food was good but could have been better. Ordered the beef medallions with herbed cheese centers and got the meat but there was no cheese. Also the waiter was extremely unpersonable and spent all of his time with the table across from us. Whenever we needed something I would look over and he'd be standing at the table talking to this couple and completely ignoring us. We all enjoyed our dinners and the service was great!! For what we had we felt It was priced well.
It was my first visit to Stonewood Grill & Tavern. I found the ambiance welcoming and the wait staff allowed time for us to chat without feeling rushed. I ordered the "Large Stonewood Salad w/salmon" which was delicious; the salmon was grilled, flavorful and moist. I will definitely eat there again.
Great food as usual. We were there with guests from out of town. The bartender Joy was great. Fun time had by all.
My husband and I both had a lovely meal, the restaurant is very comfortable and smart . We had a very good waitress, who was efficient and extremely pleasant.
Good food , great service. Lamb chops were delicious.
