While I have had better experiences here before, my follow up appointment today with Dr Sheyzeen Dhala was terrible. I arrived 40 minutes early for testing as requested and that went fine. But the waiting room was stifling enough to trigger my asthma and standing room only. People were standing outside in the mall where it was cooler. Well, what can I say…I had a metal piece in my eye over the weekend and noticed it the next day when my eyes started itching and was swollen. I called Stonewire the same day I noticed and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Walked in, the receptionist took really good care of me, and she created my profile and within 20-25 mins I was out of the clinic. Really horrible service I made an appointment and after from reception called to me some person and says what my insurance is not covering aye exam. But in my account a see for covering that, I really sad for this service. Receptionist not competent totally.
