I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience. My partner had a 2 PM appointment for an eye exam, and when they were called in at that time, I assumed the exam was beginning. But no—it was just for what I think was a quick eye scan. The actual exam never started. We specifically booked for 2 PM because we had another appointment at 3 PM elsewhere.
