I’ve been going to Stonewire Optometry since I was a teen and always had good experiences before. Recently, I missed an appointment but never received a text reminder. I asked if they could waive the no-show fee, but they said if they did, I wouldn’t be able to book weekend appointments anymore. I was disappointed with how it was handled, especially after being a long-time patient.
Great receptionists and optometrist. Have been going here for years and years and have always had an awesome experience.
