I had a great experience at Stonewire Optometry. Kylie was the one who helped me replace the lenses in my glasses, and she was amazing. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process really easy. She also worked really quickly while still making sure everything was done properly. Came in this afternoon to get my eye checked out after I had a bug fly in earlier today, my eye felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get it checked to be sure. They were super accommodating when I called and made time to squeeze me in and get my eye checked out. Everyone was very lovely and kind!
Amazing staff and service. I had misplaced my prescription to give to pharmacy, they went out of their way to contact the pharmacist personally to submit my prescription. I’ve been going to them for over 6 yrs and highly recommend them.
Nice staff..total corporate enterprise solely in business to extract the maximum from every segment of the market they can...they actually told me AHS was responsible for a co-pay they know they dont have to charge...find a local small business not tied to the profit game this company plays
Four years later and some new staff, things are as wonderful as always. S. Trinch and Dr. Holtz we're absolutely fantastic! 10/10 service! So glad I went to Stonewire and Pearle Vision and will be going back for any and all of my optometry/glasses/vision needs! I'll be directing everyone I know to them! Everyone deserves a raise and a pizza party!
