I wish there was a zero star, but ONE will have to do. I live in Aria Bradenton and just found out Stoneweg is the Owner here. It has been a CIA secret trying to find out from Rangewater who the owner was. They are currently charging Residents' visitors (yes, family & friends) for Parking because they clearly are doing a money grab. do not have enough "general" spots that aren't RESERVED for everyone. $20 per day.WTH? Disgusting place that provides no parking to residents and expects them to park in downtown and take Ubers to their apt , ridiculous!
