I go here at least once a day for materials. If you have any roofing material needs they will help. Even if you are not a contractor they will be happy to help. Do be mindful most of the staff is used to dealing with contractors and be aware of the forklifts. I am expanding my deck and I was having the hardest time finding a particular kind of decking and after making about 8 calls and having everyone saying that they could not help me, SRS went out of their way to pick up 4 boards that I needed in the matching decking. I worked with Candice, great customer service, highly recommend!
Called the store to make sure they had product. They said yes, and I told them I was on my way. The automated message said they closed at 4:30, and they never said they closed at 4. Got there at 4:05 and they said they couldn't get two bundles of roofing, even though they were on the clock until 4:30. As a business owner, I would expect my employee to tell my customer that they close in 20 minutes.
