We just re finished our entire kitchen, including all brand new counter tops. We had the guys from Stoneway Marble come in and they did a great job, the counters really makes the kitchen beautiful. I was actually surprised about the pricing too, it was much better than I had anticipated.
Thanks to The finished results have definitely exceed my first expectations to go above and beyond what I was originally thinking. Everyone from the sales staff to the actual installation workers were great. If your thinking about doing anything with natural stone, engineered stone with acrylic or polyester I would highly recommend Stoneway Marble Granite & Tile in Grand Haven, MI!! The customer service at Stoneway Marble is wonderful. After we placed our order for the counter tops in our bathroom and kitchen I started to second guess our selection for the bathroom. I called Karen to have her run through it again for me and she was delighted to. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my selection and assured me of my decision. Kevin went above and beyond for us. I needed a special slab that had to match a particular marble and he had to go out of his way to find it. He did an awesome job. I honestly could not have asked for anything better. The staff at Stoneway Marble, Granite & Tile are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Any time I had a question they were ready with answers and all options. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I hope to use them again in the future maybe when we redo the bar in our basement! -Tracy K.
We do not recommend them. Work was not done properly and service was dishonest/unprofessional. When buying high end products, you would expect high end service. Unfortunately, working with them was a horrible experience.
