I was on the freeway and a truck of theirs had rocks/debris coming out of it which cracked my windshield. When I called in they said to go ahead and get it repaired and they would reimburse me for my claim. I later received a letter in the mail stating they don’t believe it was their fault because the truck had unloaded. The truck still had left over rocks/debris inside that were flying all over the freeway. It was fully their fault which they are denying.
