I absolutely love the staff, all the doctors pharmacy crew, lab staff and gender specialists have been BEYOND helpful to me all these years. However my experience has recently been tainted because of one of their rude receptionists. She has the worst attitude and not helpful whatsoever, it’s so bad that I’ve avoided being seen by my doctor because I’m afraid to make an appointment and have her answer. Ana has truly been a blessing. She consistently assists me quickly and efficiently, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done correctly. She is an excellent example of the level of care and service patients should receive at your establishment.
Love the doctors, lab , and pharmacy. Go out of their way to work with the patient actively. Right around the corner too! Just wish they took my new insurance- scan
I'm so angry right now I just want to scream. The bull crap they put you through when no one wants to give a rat's a$$ about your care is pathetic. I had a great relationship with the PA I was first seeing here when I moved to town. Just as I got laid off by job my PA left and everything went to hell! You can't call and ask questions, you can't call to follow up on how to take a medication THEY told you to take, you can't do anything without an appointment. It's unfortunate, but with the loses of Dr Scheibel and Dr Shegaino, Stonewall Clinic seems to have lost it's way. It was never the fanciest place in town but I was always treated like a king. Never had to worry that things would get done. They always were, and done well too. With the 2 loses and Covid I'm afraid that no one is driving the train anymore.
