My doctor is great. It's the people in referral that needs to be replaced. 5 times I tried to make an appointment with palm springs urology and 5 times sead never got fax. Called referral each time. So then I asked if there were another urologist. They sead loma linda. They sead They faxed paperwork. They didn't get it. I called referral and told them. I absolutely love the staff, all the doctors pharmacy crew, lab staff and gender specialists have been BEYOND helpful to me all these years. However my experience has recently been tainted because of one of their rude receptionists. She has the worst attitude and not helpful whatsoever, it’s so bad that I’ve avoided being seen by my doctor because I’m afraid to make an appointment and have her answer.
