Extremely rude staff. Acted hateful and angry. Difficult time getting ahold of them and an even harder time trying to get any deposit back. Wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies.
Very rude and doesn’t own up to their mistakes.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a property management company. Never do business with them. Zero communication, won’t respond to calls or messages left when there’s an issue with the property you lease. On top of after taking a very substantial deposit, getting that back is absolutely impossible. I wish Google would take negative stars!
Worst ever! When you are a property management company it is of upmost importance to communicate well. This company doesn’t even know how to be polite! They get rude and cuss you out for performing services THEY called you out for. STAY AWAY!
As a tenant, I really appreciate all that Stonewall does. I receive best in class service from my property manager and know that my site always looks its best and is in good order. They are really on top of everything.
