Just moved in love it here.
* 1.5k - 2.5k + for mid apartments & small floor plans. 4k for 3 bed if im not mistaken. Insanity * They have rodent issues on the daily of not weekly. As well as flooding. *Section 8 is a thing for those who can apply. Luckily. * Unfortunately CAL AMERICAN doesn't care nearly enough to make basic improvements. Health hazards etc its like they want them to get worse!! Its really disgusting to know property management companies love money but not their residents
Beautiful and serene complex. Stores away from the beach and Lake Merced. Nothing like it in SF away from the downtown craziness
I worked with ancia McDaniels she was excellent her service was perfect and respectful and very kind and helpful. I went advise other people to come here and rent an apartment and ask for Amcia because she was excellent for me. Thank you.
