There’s shit, chicken bones, and spit on the floors inside the building every week, homeless people in the garages loitering. Apartments are filled with mold and will compromise your health. The keycard system does not work, you will be locked out of your home at midnight. Fire alarms go off at all hours of the night for over 8 hours, and when you call the hotline, nobody ever comes to fix it. “Luxury Apartments” outdated, carpeted units, neighbors with about 90 trailers, homeless right outside your front door. Discriminatory flags allowed to hang in plain sight. Garbage everywhere. Not so luxurious. Better options elsewhere.
I am so happy with the customer service in office and hospital the service is Amazing and quick amazing. The apartment in and out so easy. I love the place.
Living at Lakewood Apartments in San Francisco has been a great experience! The building is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful.
