Anica, is great at what she does, and the staff are great. Anica helped me get information needed to rent. I have been here 2 weeks and I love it.
1.5k - 2.5k + for mid apartments & small floor plans. 4k for 3 bed if im not mistaken. The pictures - some are accurate... not even sure about the community itself. Seems to be safe? These are not * high end apartments. Yet they have very high prices. SF prices i suppose... Section 8 is a thing for those who can apply. And other gov programs may be available.
Wonderful first impression: Called to tour. Same day, no appointment, spoke to Rudi/Rudy & she confirmed us for later that afternoon. We arrived and were greeted & assisted by Anica. We had a short wait before we started touring, but she also asked us about what we’re looking for to help her select the right spaces to show us. Anica escorted us around the multi-building complex, showing us each apartment (3) that fit our desired criteria. Only choose this place if you can’t afford anywhere else, horribly maintained, frequent water shut offs, frequent elevator problems, insects in my apartment, marijuana smell everywhere, laundry machine problems all the time. When I moved out they quoted me $145 to have the place cleaned but charged me $182, and Anica had no explanation other than I was misquoted and refused to refund me the difference
