I told my husband during installation in September that the “black out blinds” weren’t cut correctly. I have been calling them for months now to come fix it and of course they won’t call back for a bad job that they did! I spent over $7000 for these blinds!
I am so happy that I selected Stoneside Blinds and Shades. My roller shades is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Sarah for doing an excellent job of matching my current shades and Jerry for the awesome installation. I have never left a 1 star review of a business before and generally try to resolve issues with the business directly. However, after attempting to do so, we are still left with a negative impression of Stoneside which should be shared with others. We moved to a new home and wanted 2 blackout shades for our bedroom. We told our designer Sharon that our sole goal was blackout. Ultimately, we paid $1000 and did not receive blackout coverage.
