Stoneside installed my blinds over a decade ago. Since then, I’ve needed help three different times and they were able to fix quickly each time, and without a charge. This time, Joe was able to help me over the phone with FaceTime so I not only fixed it myself with his help, he gave me time to write notes so I’d know how to troubleshoot if it ever happened again. This is my 2nd home where I have used stoneside blinds and shades. The entire design process from initial selection to final implementation, pricing was very smooth and satisfactory.
