Front start to finish, Stoneside has surpassed all expectations for our commercial blind installation. Melanie came out with samples and walked us through the entire process and educated us on the various options. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Then Joe and Jon came out and did an out of this world installation for us! They were professional, fast and walked us through the use of the remotes for our blinds. My blinds look amazing! The designer Amanda and installer John are top notch - knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The installer, Jonathon, arrived exactly on time and was super friendly & professional. In under an hour he got the shades installed and then demonstrated & explained how to work the remote for the shades. They look incredible!!
Amanda, the designer, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She took all the time I needed to help me make the best selections for our home. Amanda gave both practical and aesthetic advice. She was sweet, polite, calm and never pushy. I was so grateful to have worked with her! Joe, the installer, was prompt, clean, courteous and quiet. He was exacting in all his measurements and the installation was beautiful! I can’t wait for the next phase!
