Craig was the gentleman that walked me through the process of what would work best in my home. He was very thoughtful and thorough. James installed my shades and he went above and beyond to make sure I had my shades on the day they were promised. I am eternally grateful for his understanding of my situations and getting everything installed. He was very patient and kind.
