It wasnt an easy job, the string was broken, but he was persistent and dedicated to replace the string and make it work again. I am very happy, because I dont like to throw things out, if they can be repaired. He is also very nice and respectful. Thank you for sending ******* to fix my broken shade. This was our second blind installation job with Stoneside. As before, **** was extremely helpful in getting us to the right blinds and colors. Also as before, ******* was a *** to have doing the installation - he is so thorough and careful to assure that everything is done to our liking and understanding.
*** and ***** were meticulous with design and measurement for all the shades in our new home. *** is a wonderful communicator and expert designer. The color and fabric choices are beautiful. We are very pleased with the start to finish process.

STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW.Do not purchase from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, really anywhere, but especially in *******. They are completely smoke and mirrors, and have dropped the ball every step of the way.
