I paid $2360.30 for a single motorized custom black solar shade. I ordered them on 8/30/2023. They did not provide the service, were rude and inconsiderate, had poor communication, and I still do not have a refund. Salesperson ** did my consultation in home, took measurements, noted I had a handle to the door to the balcony, and stated it was not going to be a problem for his company to install. We have had excellent, pleasant service from Stoneside blinds in every interaction, from ordering with *** to installation with ****** and even phone interactions with their office staff. Today ***** stopped by to fix a minor issue and he was respectful of our time, polite and very helpful. So glad that we found Stoneside!

Every part of the process was easy and enjoyable from the visit that **** made to my house to the very professional installation that Trend completed. My goal was privacy for my family yet light to be allowed into the house. **** was the BEST at helping me. Although I love my neighbors, there will be no more waving at neighbors during dinner.
