I paid $2360.30 for a single motorized custom black solar shade. I ordered them on 8/30/2023. They did not provide the service, were rude and inconsiderate, had poor communication, and I still do not have a refund. Salesperson ** did my consultation in home, took measurements, noted I had a handle to the door to the balcony, and stated it was not going to be a problem for his company to install. He then charged me the full amount up front. I had a subsequent final measure appt in which I was assured again that the company co... read more

Though your design *** have worked out in the end and would have cleared the problematic door handle, we could not, in good conscience, install something that could have substantial future issues due to the non-standard nature of the proposed reverse roll design.
