Working with Stoneside blinds was an absolute dream! Our initial consult with Kelsea was a delight and the measuring/install process with Mike was a breeze. We opted to go with an all motorized setup and were a bit apprehensive about the build quality and day-to-day operation, but with the blinds installed I can vouch that Kelsea definitely steered us in the right direction and Mike sealed the deal with a comprehensive explanation of the Somfy system's capabilities. I think the products are worth the price. The designer gave good suggestions and input whilst ensuring that we were happy after installation. Now for the installer himself, I cannot say enough good things about him. He's friendly, hardworking and also ensures everything is just so.
I highly recommend Stoneside for custom shades. The process was very smooth, efficient and relatively quick. A design consultant came to my home with numerous samples and pictures of installed types of shades - it was super helpful to review together the options. We put together a custom order that day. A quick follow-up appointment was made to accurately take measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
