Steven (our installer) has been the most professional, well mannered, and well presented installer we've come across. He did an impeccable job, within his estimated timing, and even highlighted the need to re-do some of the blinds where we could have missed it and not realized until many days after. Dana Bradshaw worked with me in helping choose shades for my new home! She was very honest in providing her expertise and opinions. She answered every question I had and was extremely helpful in the process (I'm known to be very indecisive haha). The whole team from coming in to measure the windows to installation was so efficient and quick! Cannot recommend a better company than Stoneside for your window needs!
I worked with Vai and Ryan to create and install my shades and I was extremely satisfied with their product and team. I have extra tall ceilings and direct, hot west facing sun. Vai did a great job listening to my aesthetic as well as functional needs. Ryan was an extremely professional, detail oriented and friendly installer. When there was a small measuring error they took responsibility and fixed everything with no further issue. Everything was priced fairly and the timeline was good considering COVID-19 delays.

From start to finish - exceptional people and product. Andrew and Abby made the entire experience a pleasure ( and one of the only things that went smoothly in our overall renovation project). Big hank you Stoneside, you live up to your promise.
We have used this company multiple times and they have come through for us every time. Tom and Sam did an amazing job with installation and the blinds look beautiful!
My experience with Stoneside was without question one of the best I've had related to home repair/improvement. For window blind installation: each step from home visit by a company representative, then measurements, then installation. At each step this company proved itself to be superb. Everyone came on time, sent reminders of their pending visit that were useful, and the eventual installers were superb. Can't praise them enough.
My first appointment was with Abby. She was on time knowledgable and wealth of knowledge in assisting me choose the correct blinds for my condo. No hard push for a sale, in fact it took me a year before I committed due to replacing the windows first. When I was ready she remembered my order and and off to production we went.
