The installer was nice,helpful, punctual and did the job under the allotted tiime.
I can t say enough about how wonderful this company is. I am so pleased with the fast service I received in measuring, and delivering of my new shade. Andy came right out to take measurements and was so perfect that the shade fit just right. Jamie was so nice too. He took the time to explain everything to me about how my programmable shade works. The both were friendly, well mannered and knowledgeable in their product.
They are very professional from the sale process to the installation. The materials and their work are both very high quality. They explain very well the pros and cons of every option. Excellent customer service.
This is a very professional company. From beginning to start, including the expert installation, everything was handled with great professionalism. The service and products aren't cheap, but they're well worth the money.
Abby came to our condo in the South End of Boston and was able to quickly measure and provide 3 ranges of proposals for the shades we were looking for. She was pleasant and very efficient. There was no sales pressure. She explained all the options and let us choose what we wanted. High quality blinds, great installation
The staff at Stoneside Blinds and Shades were great. I was able to make an appointment, review their designs, and get an estimate quickly. The product was ready on time and the installer was pleasant and professional. Great team, great product, reasonably priced. I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again!
