This was hands down one of the worst HVAC installs we've ever had at our home. The business owner, Eric Stone, is also the installer who shows up with 2-3 other guys. We got a bid. He did the install. Did bait n' switch on equipment, reused old components, lines, and equipment, which we specifically asked him not to do as we were quoted for entirely brand new equipment and components.
