Our tire had a flat just outside Truckee. They fixed the tire in a hot minute and did not even charge us? SERIOUSLY, I thought he was joking, who does that? In this day and age? No wonder they have such great reviews! The lounge area has many magazines, HOT COFFEE with good creamers, soft leather sofas and a nostalgic feeling with local team sponsor ships all over the walls. Thanks for taking such great care of me and getting me a great price on my tires. I came by on Friday with my Subaru,... one thing: I had requested was that the guys put one of my old tires (which was still in good condition) on my spare tire. I noticed today that you didn’t do that. Please don’t throw the tire away!! I tried to leave a message on your machine but your messages were full. So I’m leaving it here. Thanks!

These guys are so awesome! A bit ago I had a nail in my snow tire and it couldn't be fixed. They went to Reno to hunt me a slightly used tire to match the snows I had on and they didn't charge me. I couldn't believe it! Now I need a set of new "all season tires" and they are super responsive and fair in their pricing. They have a solid lifetime customer in me!!!
I just stopped by with a screw in my tire. Jose was friendly and helpful. He fixed it quickly and sent me on my way without a charge. Good People.
