If you’re tenant stay away from stoneridge, they only tend to your needs when it benefits them. They will ignore tenants and then call you a difficult or bad tenant when you assert your rights. It takes months to get repairs done even when the repair is genuine health concern. They respond in very rude and unprofessional ways, save yourself the hassle with this company.
