Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment complex has been frustrating due to ongoing communication and maintenance issues. Management is difficult to reach, follow-up is inconsistent, and concerns often go unresolved longer than they should. Maintenance requests either take too long to be addressed or require multiple follow-ups before anything actually happens.
