This community is not the same since Angel left. The new manager is not personable. Miss Angel was caring and listened to us. This new management is just management nothing more. Also, our rent went up last year $100 and this upcoming year $75. They are pricing us out! Angel! Come back!
I moved here in 2021. Price listed was $795. By the time I moved in it was $925. My sister had the apartment across from me for $875. I was told it was because I had a bigger yard. Both yards were fenced in. Move forward to 2025 and my rent is $1435 a month. There have been zero repairs. The fenced yard I pay extra for? I had to put cinder blocks down because the yard floods so often the wood boards rotted by 2022 and my dogs were in the neighbors yards through the disintegrating boards. Very nice place to rent from. Angel is the true embodiment of her name, she and David are the best.
This place has negative energy space- if that even makes sense. its like a dead zone. I doubt you could grow any fruit trees, or grass. seemed liked something was missing.
