I applied to live here days ago, and have tried to contact a human from the leasing office several times. I had questions regarding my lease agreement before signing, however I got exhausted from trying to get in touch with someone. I’m moving from out of state, so I wasn’t able to visit the office yet. I am hoping someone sees this so I’m able to get a refund for a fee I paid. The lack of communication encouraged me to sign a lease and set up to move in elsewhere.
