Make sure to read your contract! If you have to cancel your lease early expect to pay for the full life of the lease. So if you cancel half way through your lease expect to pay the full six months of rent even though you are not living there. This is extremely abnormal when renting (typically you pay lease cancelation fee which is around 2 months of rent) but DTN requires you to pay a cancelation fee AND rent until the apartment is leased.

Worst place ever. Terrible maintenance updates, washer/dryer never work correctly. Carpet is not nailed now, i guess for ready replacement?? Trim is SCOTCH taped around the house. There is no heat/ac. There's one ac unit in one room if the house that uses so much electricity, loud, and never turns off ...because there's just that one. Office never returns voicemail or calls. I applied for the apartment because I called and they said they had a unit available so I applied immediately for it but then they call the next day and say it was already sold the day before and the lady wasn’t notified and the application fee in non-refundable. Shouldn’t a unit be notified in your system that it’s taken before you try selling it? Sounds like a scammy place. Don’t even try applying here
