My apartment is nice because I have made it so, however other than that there is really nothing else this community has to offer. Below par management, bad up keep, rude neighbors etc.

Worst apartment complex ever! Do not rent here! The gates are always broken and the people in the office never answer their phones. I’ve had my car broken into twice and my motorcycle stolen from my assigned parking spot. During the first incident the office claimed they did not have cameras, when clearly there are multiple cameras stationed at each gate entry. I would only renew my lease because it's too much hassle to move. The maintenance team is great! They are extremely responsive and have addressed all of my needs very quickly! The management team is a revolving door of idiots, with each new person being worse than the person they replaced. For the amount of money that we pay to live here, you would expect that the customer service would match the price.
