Very disappointing We enjoyed our time in Irvine, but the experience moving out of this complex was very disappointing. We did not want to leave but they raised the rent so much we could not stay. In addition they charged us substantially for carpet replacement so we had to pay them extra. Beware of the small amount for the deposit, the eating area is carpeted and it is nearly impossible to avoid having a stain on the carpet where they will deem it needs to be replaced. Beautiful I live here and its gorgeous. Everything is brand new, smells new and looks new. I'm very comfortable and it's close to the freeway, transportation and shopping. They have all the amenities you could ever want. This is the next best thing to owning a home. The staff is awesome. I would recommend this apartment home community to anyone you want as a good neighbor. Thank you.
Incredible Community It's been a month ever since we moved in to this wonderful community. All we can say is that we've had the best experience so far. Dated Amenities, You can find much better. My girlfriend and I moved to Arizona in November of 2014. We were rushed to find a new place to live and decided on Trillium Papago, which later changed ownership to Ascent at Papago Park. At the time I thought it was a great deal, decent amenities, etc. When we were coming to the end of our lease we had a few months to see what else was out there. Not enough parking The apartments are spacious but there is hardly enough open parking for residents. There are many apartments which have 2 cars and one assigned spot per apartment(even for three bedroom apt). The pool is not heated and always freezing cold. Also, the bathroom door opens weirdly into the hallway blocking the walkway to the bedrooms and laundry closet. I have lived here for 6 months and the parking is the biggest issue. So Far... So Great! I had to find a place after owning a home for years. I met Blanca oh way back in September of '15 and as she and I walked and talked throughout the property I noticed how quiet it was, and that was a plus. I finally decided to rent at Stoneridge in January considering the value compared to other apartment buildings in the area and out of the area. The staff here is amazing. Spacious and affordable This apartment community is an older renovated community with enough amenities for your average needs. It's in a great area close to shopping and entertainment. I chose this apartment because of space I recently moved to CA from MIAMI and needed a place with space for myself and my 18month daughter. Santa Rosa Apartment , wildomar This apartment has been so far one of the best apartments I have lived. It comes with new appliances and they have onsite maintenance so work orders are completed fast. Really quiet neighborhood and haven't had complains at all. Staff are really nice, the gym is open 24/7 and the pool closes at 2200. Great place to live Formerly a Trillium complex, the new management had a standard to up hold. So far so good! Great value for the location and units. Fantastic amenities including a movie theatre and spa. The other tenants are friendly and so are the people in the office. Would definitely recommend!
