Great Staff and Location Staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions as a first time renter. Location is great as they are right off one of the main freeways.

Convenient Location The location of the property is unbeatable, offering easy access to 99 and the convenience of having a grocery store right across the street. It's the perfect spot for anyone constantly on the go. The staff has been extremely helpful as well.

Loved it Great location, amenities, and staff. Maintenance works fast! Parking is limited but overall worth your bucks
Maintenance Great maintenance team. Work orders are completed really fast.
You’ll regret it Parking is a struggle everyday ever since the greedy apartment turned majority of the free parking into reserved. Your car will get tow or ticket parking anywhere else. Then there’s pest infestation. Summer time is when ants invade and you can’t get rid of them. There’s also cockroaches and rats outside. Then there’s homeless people coming in and out of the apartment looking for things.
Great place to live! I’ve lived here for 2-3 years now. The management is extremely accommodating. Relatively quiet. Super dog friendly. Maintenance is taken care of usually day of. People are also nice.

Rats in apartments!! Dont rent here!!! There is rats inside the apartments!!
Terrible place to live Not a good place to live. High crime rate/ front desk is useless. Fake luxury... no parking... maintenance, doesn't maintain anything. Hot tub is never hot
