On time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable
I told them to replace a window switch that wasn't working, and that the driver's side controller could make the window go up and down(i e the motor works). They charge me 200 dollars to diagnose that the motor worked and it was a switch problem. I told them if they charge me for that when I told them already I would not be coming back. Jeremiah charged me the 200 fee. Good customer service. Way to go.

Susquehanna Ford mobile service was super easy to schedule and to have them come to the house to service the truck was convenient and a time saver for me. I was given approximate time that they would be here and they showed up promptly. My technician was Bridget and she did a fantastic job, Very detail oriented. Very friendly and pleasure to meet.
