It was unfortunately absurd to receive a $15k quote for an engine replacement on a part with a TSB out for it when the car is 80k miles and just 7 years old. Also to offer a $15k quote when the car is only valued at $12k total… obviously not worth the repair. And there was no assistance outside of this quote- options for discounted service, assistance with alternative options for the vehicle- just a text message with a $15k grand total, again when the problem (coolant intrusion) is well recognized and not covered under any c... read more

I’m not impressed with the mobile service. Technicians use hammers guards now falling off drive 30 miles and check engine light comes on people beware
