Carroll at Shadow Creek Ranch I have been living here since March. Overall, I am satisfied. The staff has been very friendly and addressed the few minor maintenance issues I have had promptly. The grounds are sometimes un-kept but no longer than two weeks at a time. I don't like that I can hear the neighbors garage going up and down all day long, but hey that's apartment living. There is never a lot of noise or hanging out late at night which I love. And the complex has easy access to 288 and the beltway which is a plus.
