Beth the manager is a Tyrant! She is degrading, to the tenants. Treats us like we’re beneath her. She likes to feel like she is better than everyone else. She won’t speak to you as a tenant, she will not wave back or speak kindly to anyone. She will put nasty notes on your door and then won’t answer the phone. She will block your number if she doesn’t like you so all your messages go to her voicemail. Her attitude is hateful.

BED BUGS!!! My son got an apartment here, his apartment had bed bugs which I believe was previously there... we notified the office. 2 weeks later they send out a bug inspector. He gave us instructions on how to prepare for his spraying, we did that. Then was notified we did not do it correctly so he would not spray. I'm speaking directly to the girl answering phones named BETH. You lack manners and courtesy as a human being. You do NOT hang up on people asking for BASIC information there. If you don't like your job, fine. Quit. Don't behave like an INFANT. That reflects poorly on your higher ups and raises the question of why they're keeping you onboard if they're willing to tolerate an individual who diminishes the integrity of their business.
