We have lived here almost a year and truly it's been one of the best apartments we've had! The location is super convenient. Maintenance is so helpful and super kind. They fix things within a week unless there's an emergency, then they are quicker. Trevor and Bill have been so amazing in fixing things in our unit like replacing the dishwasher and the sink disposal. They take their time to truly understand the problem and fix it properly. Chose this complex as it is close proximity to my work, coming up on 4th year as a tenant. The good: easy access to I-405 and I-5 for travel, ample grocery and restaurant options in town. Complex itself has received much needed renovation this year in common spaces (re-sealing and striping parking, repairing curbs, etc). Maintenance staff are friendly and address requests correctly. Not the good place to stay ! We have a lots of bugs,spiders and ant. I told them many times about that but they are still telling me that this something usual like “we are living in nature” So if u want to live in nature 😉u know where u go(
