Great experience, technician was very helpful and friendly, as well as being very accommodating to help repair an ongoing issue.
Friendly and clean work
I was driving cross-country and needed a home ASAP. They helped me navigate everything and we had a home the minute we arrived in Bothell. Elissa was amazing!
Either Tyler or Trevor called me back to double check if the issue was resolved with our washer. I told him, "I didn't think so." He came to take a look at the washer promptly. I explained to him the issue that was going on. He then replaced the broken part, tested the washer. All looked well, no more issue. Very professional!
