8/15/25 Update: A painter came and sprayed a solution and painted over it. Wondering when they are going to come back out and inspect and make sure the mold is gone. Stonemark Management took over River Vista Apartment Homes a few weeks ago. I would like you to know my current living situation. First noticed mold 2022. Maintenance claim they cleaned it out but I recently found out a mold specialist should have been sent out. Fast forward to last week, I have mold. AC is also broken Leasing office not responding.
I can't say thank you enough to their maintenance guys. They have quickly fixed every issue that has ever come up over the last 2 years. Most appreciated!

I have been working with Tiffany Crutchley and Nichole James at Stonemark for several years now and am constantly impressed with how much time upper management spends to ensure the properties they manage provide a good living experience for their residents. They pay close attention to their resident feedback and the performance of all employees working on their properties. I would be happy to stay at a Stonemark managed apartment because I know that they would work diligently to resolve any concerns a resident might have.
