Just moved to Texas and did not expect everyone to be so nice! My husband and I came from Chicago and we stopped in to see a 1 bedroom. Cindy greeted us and had the biggest smile! she was literally so the nicest person I’ve met! We didn’t lease just because we found another place that gave us - great deal!! But I would’ve leased just because she made us feel so welcomed!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with StoneMark Management LLC and Broadway at East Atlanta Apartments has been beyond disappointing. I moved out on September 26, 2025, and was told I’d be receiving a refund of over $1,046. After more than two months of calls, texts, and no responses from stonemark, I finally received the check — only to go to the bank and find out it can’t even be cashed. SCAMMERS!!!! Beware if you move out they will say you owe thousands of dollars and send you to collections within less than 30 days of you moving out try like 3 days! They will charge you for new carpet and cleaning even when your apartment looked better than when you moved in and had professional carpet cleaning and the place looked so good that they rented out your unit in less than a week and never got cleaning or new carpet!! DO NOT RENT HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ they are scammers. I am contacting the city to report them for mold and also going to sue them for scamming me and lying on my credit! I am homeless because of this company!!!! Shame on you stone mark!!! The Anthony at canyon springs in San Antonio stay far away from it. This place will send you to collections for things you don’t owe for they will not respond to many emails. They don’t care they just want money
8/15/25 Update: A painter came and sprayed a solution and painted over it. Wondering when they are going to come back out and inspect and make sure the mold is gone. Stonemark Management took over River Vista Apartment Homes a few weeks ago. I would like you to know my current living situation. First noticed mold 2022. Maintenance claim they cleaned it out but I recently found out a mold specialist should have been sent out. Fast forward to last week, I have mold. AC is also broken Leasing office not responding.
