I was wrongfully terminated by a hospital who established a track record of violating state and federal code; this includes both employee abuse--in the form of sexual harassment--and patient abuse. As a result, I was unable to afford rent for the property I was staying at and had to vacate the premises. Your actions as an inappropriate debt collector have added to my pain and suffering. When appropriate, I will pay the original debt coinciding with the days of habitation and nothing more.
Management is hard to work with. Would not recommend
My company Commercial Backflow performed plumbing work at The Park at LeBlanc in Ft Worth Texas - managed by Stonemark. This work cost us hundreds of dollars in materials, getting permits pulled by our Master Plumber approved by Ft Worth, and having our technician on site for multiple days. After 9+ months of jumping through hoops attempting to collect payment we still have nothing. We lodged an official complaint with the city and passed the debt off to collections. Vendors be warned! They’ve held my security deposit for over 40 days now! Nobody will answer the phones, I’ve put tickets in, no response. Property manager at my old apartment just says oh well. This place is disgusting!
