Customer service is lacking. The security gate was one feature I really wanted and the gate has not worked at all in the last 8 months. The trash Valet that we pay additional for scatters more of the trash and creates more of a mess than actual clean up. I had dirty cat litter and feces strung all over my breezeway and staircase for days. On the 3rd day of calling in it was finally taken care of. Can't wait for my lease to be up! I have been a resident for 2 years with no lease violations and have always paid my rent on time... read more
Very unsatisfied. My car was towed from my paid parking spot. The office said I was taken off of the list and was not. Now I have to pay $300 to get my car out. The office was not helpful and did not care nor could they give me the number of the towing company.
I love living here. Office staff is friendly and the pools are AMAZING. Only negatives are- people who don't clean up after pets and kids who go pool hoping and trash pool area and cause a ruckus. But parking has gotten a lot better and love my neighbors!!! They also host events every month!
