bad I do not recommend them 4 months they did not change the filter of my apartment we left clean and they put us in collection with 600 dollars without calling us or leaving a message we always pay 30 of each month
There is only 1 problem with this place, parking is a JOKE. It’s not enough that you pay to live here but if you’d like to have a parking spot somewhat close to your building you have to pay for that too, monthly! There are not enough uncovered parking spots to accommodate the residence that live here and then you have people that have visitors over and they take the uncovered spots so residence are left with no other choice but to park in a covered spot and then get a parking violation for it, ridiculous. If I could put no stars I would. They are rude, they discriminate and they won't help you in any kind of way. They completely shut me out of moving in, I've been waiting for a month and a half and I still haven't received my security deposit. Don't even think about moving here, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Stupid pay 1200.00 and you can' t do nothing dog poop all over the grass dogs have more say so then kids no wonder all my neighbor are moving wouldn't advice anyone to move here's we ready to move too
Horrible leasing office staff! Very irresponsible for losing people's money orders paying for their rent! Now they have to go through a long process. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!
