This apartment complex... (Verified Renter) This apartment complex seems to be a little above average for apartment complexes. Loud neighbors and noisy animals are very rare, and things seem pretty clean and well maintained. It's a pretty good value.
This was an... (Verified Renter) This was an awesome place to live for almost 5 years. The staff was friendly, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community based on the quality of the apartments and amenities but more importantly-what you see when you tour is what you get. The level of service from the staff did not go away when I moved in. My past experiences have been with communities that work hard to get their units filled but once you are moved in, that level of friendliness and dedication to service goes away.

I expected that... (Verified Renter) I expected that my initial repair requests would take longer than a couple of days due to my move in, this was fine, and still attended to quickly in my opinion. Daniel even made it a point to mention to me he did not forget it when he saw me while on the grounds. Both maintenance people were professional and courteous, and excellent at their jobs.
