HORRIBLE!!!!! I am a current tenant (not for long though) and they have been nothing but unprofessional and rude. not only that but they did a unannounced surprise inspection and picked out every little thing wrong (including the dishes we didn't get a chance to clean) now they are trying to over charge us by $200 for a baseboard heater that isn't broken, the aluminum fins were bent (which are bent back) and the heater works perfect. i found that the heater cost $41.98 new. they told me it's $199 (from the same place i alrea... read more
