I moved into Stonehouse Square Apartments in May and I can confidently say that Amy Gardener is one of the best property managers I’ve ever encountered. The Stonehouse Square Apartments is under new management. The property manager Amy has done, and continues to do an outstanding job. The management, cleaning, and maintenance of the property is exemplary. On a daily basis the common areas are cleaned along with the property grounds. The maintenance staff is always quick to address any concerns. My wife and I love our newly remodeled apartment. Stonehouse Square is a really nice place to live- here in Northeast Minneapolis.
The current Manager is Amy and she is working tirelessly at Stonehouse Sq. When she took over in January much had been neglected but she has turned it all around! The building and grounds are clean and maintenance issues are responded to quickly. The entire building inside and out underwent a complete remodel, so everything is new and in working order. This apartment is a great place to stay , beautiful apartments , community room amazing love the set up… But this apartment is haunted. Too many people having the same shared experiences. This used to be a church, built in 1895 you never know how many people died here or how many funerals went on. People believe there was a morgue in the basement. The random knocking at the doors, doors opening and closing by themselves , random cabinets sitting open. I almost want to get cameras set up.
