Came in late this evening for dinner at the recommendation of staff at the hotel we are staying at. Wish we could extend our stay just to go back and eat again! We all agreed it was the BEST meal we have ever had and we realllly enjoy good food. The location, the history, the decor, the friendly & knowledgeable staff, well priced, and: the food. This was a great experience. The food was excellent and the drink selection offered a variety and quality not often found. The service was friendly and prompt.
We had a wonderful dinner last Saturday night. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. My husband and I shared the Cowboy Ribeye, and it was fabulous. We'll definitely be back.
The entrees were good but it was unpleasantly hot and it was hard to enjoy our meal. The waitress said workers had been in everyday to try and fix the air. We had an inattentive server and had to ask for drink refills. For the price of fine dining there are other places we'd rather go to dine.
We had a great time at Stone House the prime rib was great and the spinach dip was super. Susan and I had a great time. We will be back.

Food was good. The only reason I am giving it three stars is because I found a short, curly, coarse piece of hair on my ribeye! I found it because I took it home. If I had finished it at the restaurant, I would have ate it and had never known because it was so dark in there!! I'm a little disappointed.
Best meal anywhere!! The staff is professional and accommodating! The Chefs and crew fantastic!!
