In all of my experience here at Stonehouse Apartments I have never had any complaints. Their leasing Agent Cathy is the most efficient, kind, and knowledgeable person on staff. She made the application process quick and easy, and was able to answer all of my questions. These apartments are in a great location, well maintained, and I have always felt safe on the property. I highly recommend it here!

The assistant manager Roxanne is horrible she takes over likes she’s the manager. The are all family. She’s ride and something needs to be done about her don’t move here. And l see someone else wrote a review about her before this is horrible.

The assistant manager. Is the worst she thinks she’s the manager. She’s has the worst attitude and treat people poorly. Something needs to be done . Don’t move here and they also pull your car if someone visiting over three days.its so horrible

The new management sucks to much BS or maybe just one girl that thinks she runs everything and got my truck stolen and my car broke into so good luck to who ever moves into these apartments

They let my husband die because they refused to make a welfare check on him when I was in England. I became worried when he stopped calling me and answering his calls; I knew something was wrong and I asked them time and time again to knock on his door to see if he was ok. When the police found him he had been dead for two days, but I had been asking Stonehouse management to call on him for days before that. Management is the absolute worst. Krista Torres is the current manager and doesn't have a clue what customer service is. She is rude and disrespectful. My mail was stolen from me and she blatantly stated that she didn't care. She refused to look into the incident. Today upon trying to retrieve my packages from the front office, they close at 6, they were already in their cars ready to leave at 5:59. I asked her if she could allow me to pick them up.
