BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a home (I am the second owner) within two years of it being completed by this builder. Upon purchasing the home was told the whole-home warranty would transfer to the new owner. There are a lot of cosmetic issues (of course not covered!) but should be noted because there should not be flooring issues, cracks in the drywall above many of the windows and sliding door or 100’s of popped screws all over the first and second floor! We're awaiting the completion of the house we're purchasing. It has been delayed due to difficulty getting materials due to COVID-19, but we're hoping to close on the purchase by July 31. We've been able to choose paint colors, flooring and lighting as well as siding and roof shingles. We're very anxious to move in!
