Stonehedge has been preparing yarn from my alpacas for almost 10 years. I couldn't be happier. They do a beautiful job and I would never send my precious fleece anywhere else.
I gifted some yarn (some old stash stuff) to a stranger on Ravelry and she wanted to pay me for it. I told her that she didn't have to. However, she did pay me back by telling me about this great yarn. She had told me it was her favorite and it's become one of my own as well! Someday I'll have to come out and visit. Found this quaint little place by accident, when driving home after a weekend trip to Charlevoix. It was Sunday, just wanted to pull in and take a peak. The owners were gracious enough to let my husband and I come in and browse, even though they weren't officially open. Who could resist buying some of their fabulous yarn. Not Me !!!
Love their yarn!!! I have ordered over the phone a couple of times and have been really pleased with the yarn sent to me. Super customer service, great product and fast shipping. I will definitely be ordering again and I hope to visit their farm/shop the next time I get back up north.
