DO NOT MOVE HERE. my entire term of residency was riddled with lack of respect for tenant rights and regulations. the terrible management company (Dietz Property Group) is only worried about their bottom line with no regard for resident privacy, safety, or comfort. after moving out, i received an egregious and completely bogus bill charging me for carpet replacement and other items that are generally accepted as consumable and not billable to the security deposit. i repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE.
terrible management only worried about their bottom line with no regard for resident privacy, safety, or comfort.
Jada gave me a tour at both Stonehedge and Timberlake. We started the tour on-time and the process was very efficient. I expressed my concerns after reading comments from googlemap, and she was very honest and upfront about the new management team that took over last July.
Had a appointment set up nobody there not happy.
