RecommendedThe management is fair and easy to work with no matter what the situation. I have been here for 4+ years now, but my only complaint is a lack of a commons area for friends and family gatherings. Those on the lower level units have a ground level patio which is really nice for grilling, etc. I can imagine.The rest of us who live in the bigger units like myself don't have that simple basic luxury.
Dump, mold infested, was sick the entire time I lived there.Overpriced, heat bills through the roof because nothing is insulated, over 200/month during the winter. Dont be fooled, place looks nice but is going down the tubes fast. Bad element moving in. Had our GPS stoled out of our truck, the brick wall was tagged with profanity. It is the new Germantown getto. Glad to have moved out.
Beware! The apartments look nice but have many problems. The windows all leak both air and rain/snow. The outlets all spark at you. When our heat went out it took 3 months to get a response from the manager. If you live by the pond you get mice, and spiders coming in. All these issues happened to us in the one year we lived there. Has the potential to be a very nice place if ran by new management.
