Adam Pesta at Stonehaven is a pleasure to work with. He takes care of everything and figures out what works best for me. This is my second refinance with Adam and Stonehaven and I would recommend them to everyone. I also like that we did the closings in my office on my lunch hour. What could be easier.

I had a very positive experience working with Adam Pesta from Stonehaven. You should not hesitate to use them if you are looking for a mortgage or refinance. Adam was very helpful, returned my calls and emails within minutes, and every aspect of my refinance went without a hitch. I definitely highly recommend them.

When we refinanced a few years ago I thought we would not get another chance as rates at that time were historically low. Flash forward and here we are finalizing a refinance with Stonehaven Mortgage. Adam Pesta at Stonehaven was extremely helpful. We had a great experience with Kyle and Stonehaven Mortgage. Stonehaven's rates were completely competitive and unlike other lenders we spoke to, with Stonehaven we only put down 15% did not have any PMI and did not need to escrow taxes and insurance with our payment. I am super happy to be able to write this review as a home owner all thanks to Kyle and Stonehaven Mortgage. We were not the easiest case for a number of reasons but Kyle was always there looking for the best option for me and my wife. He made it seem like a smooth ride from start to finish. I honestly don't think we would be here in our own home if it wasn't for Stonehaven and Kyle. Victoria and I will always be thankful.
