Everything! I always receive excellent dental care. In fact they go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and that all my questions have been answered. Who knew that going to the dentist could be enjoyable.
Not honest. They won’t help you with your needs. They will find a way to make it very expensive to fix your teeth. It’s all about the money for them. My husband got one of his filling off during the cleaning and they did not refill it back. They instead plain refuse. Ashley at the phone is rude!
I love this office so much! The staff is so nice and Dr Holyoak is awesome! The whole family goes there and they are all great with my kids! I recently had a root canal done there and it was by far the easiest root canal I have ever had! They made sure I was completely numb and comfortable through the whole thing! I will never go anywhere else!!
The first visit for my husband was a decent experience! However after the last visit/ procedure they damn near killed him by allowing him to become septic! Instead of seeing him several days ago for a secondary infection they simply referred him to an oral surgeon. Stating they did not have the “tools” needed. Needless to say, my husband was almost sent to the hospital today for infection along with less than average dental procedure 2 weeks ago!! And they have as of yet refused to return my call back. I have had several dentists over the course of my life and I would have to say that the attention and the professional work I received at Stonehaven was the best. I was a new patient and had to have an old filling redone in a front tooth. The whole procedure was described to me so that I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure was painless and the tooth looks great. I am very pleased having found Dr. Holyoak and his staff.
We have loved this office. The staff is always friendly and welcome us.
