Had a root canal and two filling replacements done. Dr. Plicka and his staff were polite, professional and straightforward. After the permanent crown was placed, I realized I’d need more adjustments, and was able to get it in the next day. As I asked for more adjustments, Dr. Plicka never made me feel like an imposition, and I appreciated his catchphrase, “That’s what we’re here for.” Thank you, Dr. Plicka and crew for the positive vibes and getting me back to comfortably eating again!
Dishonest practice. After taking my plan into consideration was initially charged $58 for a filling/exam/cleaning/fluoride treatment. I asked if that was the final price for the service and was told yes. But then weeks later was sent an additional bill for $100 with the justification being that they misunderstood the type of plan I had and would now need to pay more.
