Scammers. After an eviction (yes, an eviction, but hear me out) they "threw away" all of my belongings, furniture , electronics etc, immediately. By law they have to store it and provide me reasonable accept my things and charge me for storage, inventory, etc. They texted me and said I could have my stuff for $160. We rented for 5 years starting under Covid. They didn’t paint, replace the carpet or clean prior to us moving in. We paid to have the carpets and house cleaned ourselves. Now that we moved they stuck us with cleaning, (even though we had the place professionally cleaned by a third party) and they charged us with painting the entire house. The staff is very friendly fast response and very understandable to the tenants. And they heard me out when it comes to some issue . They great company.
