This company has a severe lack of communication, accountability, professionalism and every other important quality one would expect from a management company managing HOAS. As other reviewers have noted, they lie, make false claims, over charge fees, ignore legitimate concerns and worse. These issues come from the top down, therefore changing to a different account manager within the company is not a resolution that will improve your experience. As a homeowner in a building managed by Stonegate Property Management, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing in a Stonegate-managed property to thoroughly research this company before doing so. When I purchased my condo, I did my due diligence and researched the company the HOA uses to manage the building. Customer Service is Terrible, it’s sad and disheartening how they treated me for asking Legitimate Questions in regards to my Account, they lied several times , made false claims, overcharged fees and when asked Questions, everyone wants to Hang up. Do Better!
