Garbage pick up is on Friday's in our neighborhood. I was late for work, and wanted to keep my trash cans from flying up and down the street so I pulled them next to the house and went to work. Stonegate came by taking photos at 10 am on garbage pick up day and then sent us a letter notifying us of a violation against the HOA. I would advise any HOA considering working with these folks to reconsider. They are about profit generation, not property management. Subpar on so many levels.

BEWARE!!! Stonegate Management consistently failed to provide the communication, accountability, and homeowner advocacy I expected from an HOA management company. This company has a severe lack of communication, accountability, professionalism and every other important quality one would expect from a management company managing HOAS. As other reviewers have noted, they lie, make false claims, over charge fees, ignore legitimate concerns and worse. These issues come from the top down, therefore changing to a different account manager within the company is not a resolution that will improve your experience. As a homeowner in a building managed by Stonegate Property Management, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing in a Stonegate-managed property to thoroughly research this company before doing so. When I purchased my condo, I did my due diligence and researched the company the HOA uses to manage the building.
